    Stopped in Friday night for a bite to eat. Sat at the bar, and Nicole took care of me. She was great! She recommended their burger, was really impressed. Good atmosphere will be back! Thank you!

    We are not giving this place another chance as they can't get our order prepared as ordered. Corporate changing the menu and not providing common beer got disappointing but we worked around it.
    Provided staff with exactly what I wanted but someone decides to do whatever they want.
    I called to ask why there was mayo on my burger and was told "we put it on all burgers". Yet there was no mayo on the other burger ordered and picked up at he same time.
    HELLO. ANYONE EVER HEARD OF FOOD ALLERGIES. There is egg in mayo.
    Likely not patronizing this place any more. Three decades and its getting worse.

    The best Kentucky Derby Watch Party EVER! We enjoyed the best Mint Juleps expertly crafted an the frosty julep cup and a sprig of fresh mint. The food was excellent. The sweet potato fries especially were hot crispy and had a sprinkle of powdered sugar. DELISH! They offered raffles and prizes. I may not have cashed a ticket on the Derby but we won the day at the Harry Buffalo!

    This was my first experience with Harry Buffalo so I called the restaurant in advance about my order and got the A-Okay to substitute a side so I went ahead and placed our order on UberEats. Unfortunately my order did not come as I had requested. When you worked all day, just got home and took your pants off so no leaving the house, you're tired and hungry, well, this experience was a disappointing one.

    I called the restaurant to see what happened and it turns out the lady I originally spoke with was not aware of the new rules where you can't substitute the waffle fries. Everyone I spoke with was very patient, friendly, and you could tell they felt bad and wanted to make things right.    I would definitely give them 5 stars for how they handled the situation.

    I am however going to go with 3 stars because I did not really care for the food. I will order from them in the future though, I'd like to give them another shot and try one of their salads.
